Account Deletion

1. Verify your identity.

Please enter the Diwan Chat user ID and password for which you want to delete the data: (If you don't have a login password, you need to enter the app to set a password first).

2. Request account deletion.

Check the verified nickname and ID before confirming. This action disables your account, clears linked sign-in methods, removes album records, and resets profile information including your avatar, nickname, introduction, and date of birth.

Account deletion does not automatically erase every record, including previously shared messages and device or activity records. For requests concerning remaining personal data, contact deepseastars-official@deepseastars.com. Some records may be retained where required by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you cannot sign in or set a password, use the same email address to request account and data deletion. Include your Diwan Chat user ID; do not email your password.
